Our boiler-related services include:

Boiler repairing:

• pressure vessel R-TZ - NA and NB inspection activities performed by inspection technicians,
• feeding and sludge-discharging drum Z-TZ - NS and NB inspection activities and steam boiler R-K - 1,2,3,4, and ZK inspection activities,
• boiler pressure system repairs and inspections,
• feeding and sludge-discharging drum repairs including pipeline inspections and replacements,
• boiler feeding tank repairing (general overhauling and common repairing),
• supplying new valves, repairing or minor repairing of the old ones (sludge-discharging, water drain and control valves, condensing vessels, water-gauges); in case of repairing, a repair certificate according to ČSN 13 3060 will be supplied,
• repairing and of safety valves according to ČSN 13 4309-2,
• for grate boilers: grate device, cooling unit and gear replacements and repairs.

Fuel handling equipment repairs:

• repairs of discharging trolleys for the following conveyor types: belt, bucket, worm and chain conveyors,
• repairs of driving and tension pulleys,
• repairs of raw coal bins, bin caps, and fuel downflow pipes,
• raw coal feeder repairs,
• manufacture of atypical elements and assemblies.

Fuel preparation plant repairs:

• tube, hammer and Fuller mill repairs including that of gears and oil systems as well as partial or complete replacements of mill armouring,
• pulverised coal pipeline, storage bin and feeder repairing,
• pulverised coal burner repairing,
• manufacture of atypical elements and assemblies.

Repairs of plants removing residue of fuel after burning:

• repairs of slag and ash removal plants, slag extractors and crushers, ash removal turnstiles and ash feed worms,
• ash pipeline and ash storage bin repairs,
• manufacture of atypical elements and assemblies.

Repairs of other plants:

• repairs of filtration and softening plants and water chemical treatment plants,
• compressor plants,
• gear box repairs.

Refractory lining repairing and fire-clay works:

• building and repairing heavy linings of boiler and furnace combustion chambers,
• building and repairing burner and secondary channel linings,
• building and repairing melting boiler combustion chamber bottoms,
• building and repairing boiler back ducting and ceilings including explosion and entry flaps,
• any other fire-clay works including guniting,
• replacement and repairs of basaltic pipelines to convey pulverised coal and mill circuit pipelines;repairing and restoring deslagging chutes.

In addition, we offer special tools including attendance personnel to hire:

• SSB MINI VARIO plant for concrete mixture spraying and reinforced-concrete construction saving,
• WOMA-ATÜMAT plant for maintaining and cleaning plants and systems using a water jet,
• HYTORC device for screw loosening at a maximum torque of 15 000 Nm,
• high-speed EFCO machine for valve resurfacing without removing the valves from pipeline.

Every intervention in a plant is documented by a technical report (or a report drawn up by specialists - such as test technicians and designers - if necessary).

The above mentioned activities are based on the following authorisation certificates issued by ITI (Technical Inspection Institute), Prague:

• authorisation to manufacture, install, restore and repair fixed pressure vessels of groups A and B,
• authorisation to manufacture, install, restore and repair elements of steam and hot-water boilers of Classes 1, 2, 3 and 4,
• authorisation to inspect and test fixed pressure vessels of groups A and B as well as boilers of Classes I to IV based on supply contracts.
