POLICY OF INTEGRATED MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (ISM)

The company management of AmpluServis, a.s. proclaims this Integrated Policy of Quality (SMJ), the Policy of Safety and Health Protection at Work (SM BOZP) and the Policy of Environmental Protection – Environment (EMS) as an expression of its attitude to provision of quality management system, of management system for safety and health protection at work and of the environmental management system for further development of the company.

1. The priorities of the company are satisfying of customers’ needs and expectations.
2. Quality, safety and health protection at work and environmental protection are stable components of daily work of all employees in the company.
3. The pursuance of continuous improvement of ISM is a tool for enhancement of satisfaction of interested parties with the quality of offered services and products including their effect to the safety and health protection at work and the effect to the environment.
4. Observance of the requirements in related documentation including observance of regulations in the standard ČSN ISO 9001:2001, the specification OHSAS 18001:1999 and the standard ČSN ISO 14001:2005 and the increase of employees’ awareness about SMJ a SM BOZP and EMS are a basis for the process of continuous improvement of SMJ and SM BOZP and EMS effectiveness.
5. To introduce precautionary measures in the field of BOZP and PO (fire prevention) with the aim to eliminate or minimize the risks and to prevent possible damages to employees’ health and undesirable states in the production as well as in the provision of services, on the basis of performed danger identification, evaluation and risk management.
6. To perform constant pollution prevention and to improve the environmental profile of the company.
7. To improve employees’ qualification, to develop their knowledge and skills needed for the fulfilment of this Integrated Policy of Quality, BOZP and Environment, and to create conditions for safe work of both own employees and employees of subcontractors and customers actively.

The company management of AmpluServis, a.s. is obliged to:

• ensure the fulfilment of this policy of integrated management system,
• create and provide adequate sources for fulfilment of this policy,
• constantly improve the processes in the field of quality management, labour protection and environmental protection,
• comply with the procedures of SMJ, SM BOZP and EMS and with the internal documentation of the company,

• comply with legislative and other requirements of SMJ, SM BOZP and EMS.

The employees of company AmpluServis, a.s. are expected to:

• fulfill the policy of ISM and to approach the fulfilment of stated intentions of the company responsibly,
• comply with the procedures of SMJ and SM BOZP and EMS and with the internal documentation of the company,
• give incentives for improvement of any activities of the company.
